What should a New Zealand plastering quote include?
Board supply, fixing, stopping and sanding go on separate lines, with the board type named — standard, Aqualine for wet areas, noise or fire-rated where the design calls for it — and 15% GST shown separately with your NZBN and IRD GST number. State the finish level you have priced, because a Level 4 finish and a Level 5 finish are different amounts of work and clients rarely know there is a difference until the light hits the wall. Say who is supplying and who is carting the board, note that sheets are counted from the plan, and list what you are excluding: painting, cornice where it is not in scope, and making good after other trades.
How does plasterboard bracing work in New Zealand?
