What the demo shows
The walkthrough runs about 80 seconds and follows one job from a plain-English description to an accepted, invoiced quote. Here's each step, in case you'd rather read it than watch it.

Describe the job the way you'd say it out loud
The demo starts on a blank quote. Instead of a form, you type — or dictate — the job in plain English: “Supply and install 20 LED downlights in an open-plan living area, existing wiring, two-storey.” No line-item codes, no picking from a catalogue. A photo of the site or a PDF plan works the same way on the paid tiers.

AI prices materials, labour and GST at real rates
In about 30 seconds the quote comes back itemised: materials with quantities, labour with an hour estimate against your hourly rate, and GST as its own line — 10% and an ABN for Australian jobs, 15% for New Zealand. The prices are benchmarked to current AU/NZ market rates rather than invented, and every figure is a starting point you control.

Edit anything, apply your markup
The demo edits a line item live — change a quantity, adjust a rate, delete something that isn't in scope, add a line the AI missed. Markup applies across the quote or per item. This is the part that matters: it's a draft priced by AI, not a fixed number you're stuck with.

Send a branded PDF from your business
Export as a branded PDF or Word document with your business name, logo and contact details — your brand, not ours — and email it to the client from inside the app. The client opens it from a private link with no login and no account.

They accept, and the paperwork does itself
The client accepts or declines on that same link. On acceptance you can take a deposit through Stripe before the job is locked in, and a tax invoice is generated automatically with its own invoice number — your PayID and BSB already on it. The demo ends here; in the app the quote keeps its status in your dashboard and follow-up emails chase quiet clients for you.
